Famiglietti & Famiglietti is a father-son team of highly respected and skilled attorneys brought together not only as a result of their familial connection, but also by their shared commitment to the legal profession and enjoyment received by helping others.  Anthony O. Famiglietti has been engaged in the private practice of law for 27 years.  He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.  While Mr. Famiglietti offers a variety of legal services, his practice is most heavily concentrated in the area of litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation.

Attorney Jason S. Famiglietti is a 1997 cum laude graduate of Western New England College School of Law.  Immediately following his admission to practice law, he joined his father’s firm as an Associate where he gained valuable experience handling personal injury, real estate, family law, and probate claims.

In January 1999, the law firm of Famiglietti & Famiglietti was established with the goal of continuing its rich tradition of providing quality, comprehensive and professional legal services to the Plainville community.  The firm maintains a strong presence within the community located on West Main Street in the heart of Plainville.   

The firm is not only respected for the contributions to the legal professions, but is also widely recognized for its involvement in the community.  Both attorneys are actively involved in a variety of civil activities.  Anthony O. Famiglietti is Outgoing President of the Plainville Community Food Pantry and a Past President of the Plainville Rotary Club.  He is also the Assistant Chair of the Elizabeth Norton Trust; a Corporator of Wheeler Clinic; and Chairman of the Town of Plainville's Board of Assessment Appeals.  He was recently honored as the 2003 Volunteer of the Year by the Plainville Chamber of Commerce.  Jason S. Famiglietti is the Past Vice President of the Plainville Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc. (PARC) and is currently on the Board of Directors of the United Way of West Central Connecticut and of the Plainville Chamber of Commerce, where he served as the Chairperson of the Business and Education Roundtable.  He has also volunteered his time as a coach for the Plainville High School Mock Trial Team, as well as for the Middletown Youth Soccer Association.  The firm's strong community ties and commitment to serving the citizens of Plainville has distinguished it as a leader in the community.
